process, now you job is to write down a quick summary email to a friend of that

Dear Ann,
I am writing this email because I'd like to share something
that I took away from a presentation today. The presenter was a human resource
director and told us why “the scrapper” was deserved to have an interview. Do
you know what “the scrapper” and “the silver spoon” meaning are? Yes, they
represent different classes. She mentioned that one third entrepreneurs are
scrappers. The reason of success is the resilience of their character. She
advised us to hire the underestimated contender, whose secret weapons are
passion and purpose.
