In the first tip, they mentioned three things. You need research the company and position carefully use the website. You should know that what they do and who competitor are and any current adventure relate the company.

It means that you know the job description totally clearly, all the details.

After researched and studied on the website, I understood how to cook the turkey inside and out now.

It’s the story that highlight your accomplishment and focus what you want to strengthen from your past work.

Because it shows you prepared knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the job.
