Skeleton in the closet

TheA skeleton in the closet
Hello, I'm yucho. ItThis is my third presentation. Today, I would like to share a little story with everyone. The story's writer is the great French novelist Balzac. He believed that this story may have come from something that really happened. In an old English country family, Balzac telltold us of a man who suspected his wife of having a lover. One day, he comes home by surprise(d). But his wife hears him, and quickly hides her lover in the closet. The husband enters her room and asks her if she is hiding her lover in the closet. The husband says he will not open the door of the closet if his wife assures him there is no one there. He will believe her. The wife (answers firmly)insists that she is not hiding anyone in the closet. The husband then asks the servants to build a solid brick wall against the closet. The wife watches., sheShe knows her lover will never have any chance (to come) of coming out alive. But she will not change her story and admit her guilt. Many years after, some people find a real skeleton in the hidden closet (in) there. When a man has done something in his life that he is not proud of, that he wants to hide, he is said (that he has)to have a skeleton in his closet. This phrase takes on a broader today. It could be proof of a criminal act or something much less serious. Some people may have more than one skeleton. And in some closets, the skeleton rattles its bare bones loudly. So, it's lucky that you have no skeleton in your closet.
